Content generated by our AI is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated code before use in production.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated code will be bug-free or secure
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATANEXUS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Damages arising from use of AI-generated code
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
